What Is Pullulan? Pullulan is a natural polysaccharide produced from starch by the fungus Aureobasidium pullulans. In skincare, it forms an invisible, breathable film that provides an instant lifting and tightening effect. Also used as a binder, stabilizer, and delivery system for actives.
