Refund & Return Policies
In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition or you have received defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 working days and do not discard the product unless we’ve directed you to do so. Upon confirmation with our support team personnel, you can then keep the product unused and in the same condition as you’ve received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice in order to obtain an exchange or refund which will include the full cost of the product, shipping charges, customs, tariffs and taxes.
If in any case an item you ordered is out of stock, we will first try to contact the customer either by phone or via email. We will give you other comparable choices to choose from.
