We partner with NinjaVan to provide reliable and efficient delivery service across Malaysia & Singapore.

2. Processing Time

     

      • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

      • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Note:
    Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as sales or holidays.

    3. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

    After your order is processed, estimated delivery times are:

    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).

    4. Shipping Rates

       

        • Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

        • Free shipping may be offered for orders above RM150 (terms and conditions apply).

      5. Tracking Your Order

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
      You can track your shipment directly on NinjaVan’s tracking page.

      6. Delivery Issues

         

          • If there is an issue with delivery (e.g., missed delivery attempt), NinjaVan will contact you directly.

          • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.

        7. International Shipping

        Currently, we offer international shipping via DHL or UPS, depending on the destination, shipping conditions, and applicable customs regulations.

        8. Undeliverable Packages

        If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or other reasons not caused by Savee Beauty or NinjaVan:

           

            • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

            • If you choose to cancel the order, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
